All of our websites; USA, UK, Australia, Archive & The Braunton Online Store all use live stock management systems which means that if the item is in stock - you should be able to purchase it.
Once items have gone out of stock, you will be shown a message saying that the item is out of stock.
Although we try to keep this 100% accurate 100% of the time and we do weekly physical stock checks to update our sites - mistakes do occur, especially due to the nature of our business and generous attitude towards sizing or style exchanges.
If for some reason you order a product that is in stock on our site, but when we try and process it to send to you it is not in stock - we will be in touch to discuss what the options are.
